2. Description of the service
Santifai is a digital platform that allows users to generate images using artificial intelligence from text prompts or visual inputs.
The service may include:
- Image generation
- Digital content download
- Temporary image storage
- Premium features (credits, subscriptions, etc.)
Santifai does not guarantee specific results or accuracy in generated images.
3. Registration and account use
- The user must be over 18 years of age or have legal authorisation.
- They are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account.
- Fraudulent, abusive automated or unlawful use is prohibited.
Santifai reserves the right to suspend accounts without prior notice if misuse is detected.
4. Economic model (payments and credits)
4.1 Digital products
Santifai offers generation credits, individual downloads and subscriptions. All payments are final and non-refundable, except where legally required.
4.2 Prices
Prices may vary by region, promotions or user type. Santifai may modify prices at any time.
4.3 Renewals
Subscriptions will renew automatically unless cancelled in advance.
5. Intellectual property
5.1 The platform
All software, design, brand and content of Santifai is the property of the company.
5.2 Generated images
The user obtains a broad usage licence for generated images. Santifai does not guarantee exclusivity or absolute originality. Other users could generate similar results.
5.3 Limitations
The user may NOT register generated content as a trademark if it infringes third-party rights, nor use content for illegal or deceptive activities.
6. Acceptable use
It is strictly prohibited to use Santifai to generate:
- Illegal content
- Content that infringes copyright or registered trademarks
- Defamatory content
- Content that incites hatred or violence
- Explicit sexual content without specific authorisation
- Deepfakes or identity impersonation
Santifai may remove content and block accounts without prior notice.
7. User content
The user is responsible for the prompts entered and for the images generated and their subsequent use. Santifai does not act as a prior editor or moderator.
8. Data deletion and storage
Images may be stored temporarily (up to 30 days). Santifai may delete content at any time. Permanent storage is not guaranteed unless expressly stated.
9. Limitation of liability
Santifai is provided "as is" and "as available". We are not responsible for misuse of generated content, indirect damages or loss of profits, errors in AI-generated results, or loss of data or content. Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months.
10. Legal compliance and copyright
Santifai operates under a Notice & Takedown model. If you detect illegal or infringing content, contact: legal@santifai.com
11. Data protection
Data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy. Compliance with GDPR (EU).
12. Termination of service
Santifai may suspend or close accounts and interrupt the service wholly or partially. The user may stop using the service at any time.
13. Modifications
These terms may be modified at any time. Continued use implies acceptance of the new terms.
14. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. In the event of a dispute: courts of the user's domicile (if EU consumer) or courts of the company's domicile.
