5. Use of AI and content processing

Prompts and content may be processed by artificial intelligence systems.
Santifai may use usage data in aggregated and anonymised form to improve the service.
We do not use identifiable personal content to train our own models without explicit consent.

Generated images and content: up to 30 days, unless the user explicitly saves them
Legal/fiscal data: as required by law (5–10 years)

Santifai may delete data earlier for technical or operational reasons.

We apply technical and organisational measures to protect data, including encryption, access controls and system monitoring. Even so, no system is 100% secure.

12. Minors

The service is not directed at persons under 18. We do not intentionally collect data from minors.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy at any time. Relevant changes will be notified to the user.
