Usage licence

1. Scope of the licence

Santifai grants the user a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and worldwide licence to use images generated through the platform. This licence applies solely to content generated by the user through the service.

2. Rights granted

The user may:

• Download generated images
• Use them for personal and commercial purposes
• Modify, edit or adapt them
• Publish them on social media, websites or commercial materials

3. Licence limitations

The user may NOT:

• Claim exclusive ownership or copyright over automatically generated images
• Register generated content as a trademark or protected design if it includes non-original or derivative elements
• Use images that infringe third-party rights (trademarks, characters, real persons, etc.)
• Use content for illegal, deceptive or defamatory purposes
• Resell content as a mass isolated product (e.g. stock image banks) without significant transformation

4. Nature of generated content

The user acknowledges that:

• Images are generated by artificial intelligence
• Similar or identical results may exist for other users
• Santifai does not guarantee originality, exclusivity or continuous availability

5. User responsibility

The user is solely responsible for:

• How they use the images
• Verifying that they do not infringe third-party rights
• Complying with applicable legislation

Santifai does not carry out prior verification of generated content.

6. Santifai's rights

Santifai reserves the right to:

• Use generated content in anonymised and aggregated form to improve the service
• Remove content that violates the terms
• Suspend access in cases of misuse

Santifai does not acquire ownership of the images, but does hold the operational rights necessary to provide the service.

7. Sensitive or restricted content

Use of Santifai is subject to additional restrictions:

• Generating illegal content or content that infringes rights is not permitted
• Sensitive content (e.g. religious, political, real persons) must be used responsibly

Santifai may limit or block certain uses.

8. Termination of the licence

The licence terminates automatically if the user breaches these terms or uses the content unlawfully. In that case, the user must cease use of the generated content.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

Content is provided "as is". Santifai does not guarantee specific quality, fitness for a particular purpose or absence of errors or infringements.

10. Limitation of liability

Santifai shall not be liable for third-party claims arising from use of the content, damages resulting from the use of generated images, or economic or reputational losses.

11. Relationship with the Terms and Conditions

This licence forms an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of Santifai. In the event of conflict, the T&Cs shall prevail.
